Shipping Information

As a small-batch company, the majority of our candles are made to order, just for our customers. Please allow 7 days before expecting your fulfilment email, which confirms that your order is on it’s way to you.

We offer shipping options for our candles using Royal Mail within the UK. For our customers outside of the UK we offer a Royal Mail & ParcelForce Tracked delivery service.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for buying a candle from The Botanical Candlemaker. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but please do get in touch if you have any questions. We are very happy to help!

We offer returns if you inform us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt of your candle. Goods must be returned within 28 days and we will make a refund within 14 days of the goods being received back by us. Goods must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging intact.

We will refund the postage for delivering the products to you, as well as the full cost of the product, but there is no refund for the return postal costs.
